Hülya is a beautiful and ambitious young woman from a poor family who earns a partial scholarship to attend university. While her mother works as a seamstress, her older sister shoulders both the burden of supporting the family and the cost of Hülya’s education. At university, Hülya meets Neslihan, the daughter of a wealthy family, who opens the doors to the glamorous world Hülya has always dreamed of. Around the same time, Hülya becomes deeply attracted to Dr. Sarp and assumes that he, too, belongs to this privileged world. As the return of Neslihan’s childhood sweetheart, Erim, from London draws closer, Neslihan becomes increasingly anxious. She is hiding a secret she has never been able to tell him. By standing by Neslihan during her most vulnerable moments, Hülya gradually earns her trust and friendship. When Hülya finally steps into the lives she has always admired from afar, she finds herself at the center of an increasingly complicated web of relationships. But this time, she has no intention of remaining merely a spectator.
