Kader (Hazar Ergüçlü) is a young orphan girl living in a small village in Anatolia in the early seventies. Kader constantly dreams of meeting Mustafa, the man she loves. Still, she is unaware that someone else wants to be with her. An unfortunate event occurs when Kader and Mustafa decide to escape from the village together and get married. The only option left for Kader is to leave the village without saying a word to anyone. Kader travels to Istanbul, next to her only remaining relative. Zeliha (Sinem Kobal), who was brought up in good conditions as a daughter of a famous lawyer from Istanbul, is caught in the wind of the period when she starts university. Zeliha marries Murat, the young man she met there. Murat is an ambitious man. So ambitious that he puts his ideology before everything, even his wife Zeliha. He forces Zeliha to live as a political criminal, a fugitive. Moreover, the widowed Zeliha is also expecting a child. Zeliha and Kader meet nine months later, unaware that they will change each other's lives. This is the story of two women, two mothers forced to fight for the same son.
