In a Gypsy neighborhood o( Istanbul  called  “Hayaltepe” meaning “The Hill of Dreams” lived people who had only one dream: Become “somebody”... To be seen and  become important one day.

Meanwhile an ordinary man, nearly invisible, walked among them. Nobody cared or noticed he was there. He singed folk during the day and hunted people at night.

The neigbourhood’s fun and joy mixed with thrill and fear. People of Hayaltepe expected Kartal, their charismatic, powerful mafia leader to protect them and find the serial killer.

Kartal did everything within his power but the killer was still out there. Life brought him together with Efe, the police officer he  was in trouble with, to work as a team to catch the mysterious killer.

This odd coincidence started a spiral of events that changed everything they believed about life, justice and love.
